CW Investment Group, LLC is a minority owned Real Estate Investment Company. We conduct business ethically, morally and with excellence.
What we do?
Our purpose is to revitalize communities around the world starting with Chicago. Our company stands on three pillars: providing unique, affordable housing; creating jobs through new businesses; creating profit for our investors and the community.
How we do it?
Initially we are focused on investing in multi-family buildings from 2-6 units and renting them. As we evolve we will expand toward investing in buildings with larger unit numbers and start to develop our own residences and commercial buildings. Creating unique residences will bring in a new consumer base which we will service by creating new businesses and work with existing small business owners to accommodate all of the new consumers needs. This comprehensive approach towards community development will in turn create profits for our investors, the community, the city, the state and the company.
